Integration and incremental modernization

Does your team re-enter or reconcile records between systems? Assess interfaces and authorized access to scope one handoff, its discrepancies and failure recovery. Wider modernization requires a separate scope.

The problem to solve

Disconnected systems, fragile dependencies or difficult changes disrupt the flow of work.

A systems analyst and an operations manager compare records across two interfaces.

What you receive

  • A dependency map and plan for the selected interface or capability.
  • An integration or module within the agreed scope, with behaviour and data tests.
  • Documentation, knowledge transfer and an implementation and rollback plan.

How to assess the delivery

  • Business rules and records are reconciled, with failures and reprocessing addressed in tests.
  • The transition is accepted, owners are defined and rollback is verified in the agreed environment.

Scope boundaries

  • Full replacement and broad migration require separate planning and agreements.
  • Code access, interfaces and changes depend on permissions and supplier conditions.

What needs to be available

  • A system owner, available documentation and authorized access to dependencies.
  • A test environment and people able to validate business rules, data and continuity.

An initial conversation scopes the request. A paid assessment, when relevant, has its own analysis and outputs.

Each stage has its own acceptance and continuation decision. Ongoing support is optional, with agreed coverage, owners and limits.
