Scope and capacity
Modules do not suggest splitting expenditure, guarantee direct procurement or secure a later stage. Contracting depends on the legal regime, purchasing instrument and proof of requirements. This presentation does not demonstrate registration or eligibility.
Support and rights
Monthly assessment covers recurring activities, contracted capacity and an execution report. Additional work needs authorization and the appropriate instrument. Data, code, documentation and required rights are defined in the contract; state-owned entities need assessment under their own regime.

How the work is assessed
Matching against the agreed source, identified differences and safe repeated processing in tested scenarios. Implementation is included. Two-way synchronization, real time, broad migration, new APIs and screen robots are excluded.

Continuity after implementation
Ongoing support is optional and starts after stabilization. Governance follow-up starts after the initial controls are accepted.
- Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Brasília time, excluding Brazilian national holidays. Initial response within nine hours in that service window; response does not mean resolution.
- Analysis, meetings, reports, fixes and small adjustments share the allowance. Hours do not roll over; time is measured in 15-minute blocks. We notify you at 75% usage.
- No 24/7 coverage. New workflows, integrations and material changes need a separate quote. External services keep their own availability terms.
Additional work at R$350/hour requires prior authorization and contractual coverage. The monthly fee covers reserved capacity and the recurring activities described.
Proposed corrective warranty of 60 calendar days after implementation acceptance for reproducible defects attributable to the work. Covered fixes do not use the monthly allowance.

Understand the full cost before deciding
Discovery, a pilot and production implementation total R$58,000. With 12 monthly Assisted operations fees, the total is R$94,000, plus licenses, hosting and consumption. Monthly fees start after stabilization; this is not the first 12 months from signing.
Existing-tool implementation and taking a pilot to production are different paths. Integration already includes implementation. Governance includes its initial assessment. The same work is not billed under two modules.
Service prices account for applicable service taxes and the meetings in scope. Licenses, hosting and third-party consumption are listed separately. Savings, accuracy and return are assessed rather than promised in advance.
